The marine sanctuary, a protected area, immediately beside the resort gave the resort its name, The Sanctuary by Positadi. The contour of a coral reef inside the cove may be seen clearly in this photo. Small fish flourish in deep waters away from larger predators. Despite the reef's importance in the marine life cycle, it has been destroyed by illicit fishing and coral bleaching over the years, leaving it in a sorry situation. Positadi now assists in the monitoring of the marine sanctuary, looking for pollution, illegal docking, and illegal fishing. This has been challenging to implement, but witnessing the reef gradually (but steadily) regenerate over time is tremendously promising.

They offered bedrooms that can accommodate 2-8 persons where we can rest property. Also includes; conflimentary breakfast, access to Aplaya by Positadi Campsite, Use of cabanas, kayaks, and paddle boards at Aplaya by Positadi and lastly access to Munting Buhangin Marine Sanctuary for snorkeling.
